It has been a summer full of events! Our event department has realized several activities for the following clients:

VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG: Planning and realization of a summer party with “public viewing” for 1.300 persons in Hannover. Postbank Finanzberatung AG: Implementation of an executive meeting (180 persons) in the historical Schwöbber castle near Hameln with “public viewing” afterwards. Postbank Finanzberatung AG: Realization of a meeting in the AWD Arena (Hannover) with evening reception, guided tour through the stadium and barbecue at the sideline rage.
Nordzucker AG: Organization and realization of a catering and providing of a 250,0 sqm tent for the DLG Feldtage in Springe.

tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG: Planning and realization of a trade fair in the Hannover Congress Centrum with 50 exhibitors within the scope of a congress. We would like to thank all our clients for the confidence shown to us.

With a new exhibitor record, more than 30.000 m² exhibition space and participants from 13 nations, the CREATIVA, biggest fair for craftwork in Europe, took place from March 17 till 21, 2010 in Dortmund for already the 29th time. This year`s partner country was Korea.

Atelier Verfürth Messe GmbH is co-organizer of the CREATIVA and solely responsible for the framework program. This includes the realisation of special shows and contributions as well as the creation of a flyer with press and media relations work.

We are glad about a new client! For the Hamburg Tourismus GmbH we will realize the fair participation at the coming ITB in Berlin [10.-14.03.10]. Themed „Hamburg – Metropolis of culture“ the Hanseatic city introduces itself and its partners on more than 500,0 m² to the international trade visitors. One of the highlights is the 50,0 m² LED display. Impressive presentations emphasize the importance of Hamburg as metropolis for culture and international commerce.

On the occasion of CeBIT 2010 a summit conference of top managers of information and telecommunication technology will take place in Hall 4.
The CIOcolloquium, leading CIO-network in Germany, with the “House of CIOs – IT Applied” is organized by the CeBIT and FINAKI Deutschland GmbH. For the Germany CIO networks and partner networks it is an opportunity for exchange of experiences, lecture and workshops.
